Amiina

Best use of a musical saw, ever! As mentioned briefly amongst the photos in the last post I saw Amiina play in Auckland with Sigur Ros & they were sublime! I think the fist time I ever heard of Amiina was via a video of them playing live on TV in Iceland & after a quick search I found the video on youtube; check out their beautiful melodic minimalism (& occasional theremin like saw playing!) Such beautiful music!
