      The road from Lyttleton to Sumner was destroyed in the Christchurch earthquake in 2011, and has only recently reopened!      

      Did a little trespassing shooting this – will be interesting to see the XPAN versions as I messed around for a while shooting different perspectives with all three lenses…      

      I try to have a policy of not driving past a great photo without stopping… Sometimes this means doing a lot of U Turns, such as here on Port Underwood road…

    MORAL OF THIS RANT: You risk your life to drive during holiday periods in New Zealand.   Normally, I do not drive during Xmas holidays. Every year New Zealand holds some kind of horrific lottery with daily updates…
