Handy to know:
I’m using Silverfast scan software with an Epson V800 flatbed scanner… I got the scanner as it has a good rep for scanning 35mm & 120 film & came with neg holders for each format. But it sure isn’t fast when scanning high rez. So I learnt how to ‘batch scan’ in Silverfast i.e. place 3-6 photos on the scanner, select each, one-by-one & set scan parameters. then batch scan Go!
It means I can queue up a bunch of photos, set it going & forget about it for half an hour….
A good purpose for my old sandboxed Intel iMac. No more updates for you…
