The concept of a building that leans into the prevailing winds follows these precepts&#8230; &#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>And so we have an Airport Tower with a 15 degree lean. Good oh!<br \/>\nNZ Architecture is pretty conservative at the best of times so I guess we should be thankful for a fugly brutalist block on a 15 degree tilt, in a shopping mall carpark&#8230;  But I wondered how Japanese architects might have approached this.
